If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us with 30 days to arrange an exchange or return of your unused items. The receipt and original packaging of the item are required to process any exchange or return. Please keep your receipt with you as your proof of purchase even after the 30 day returns period is over.

Best practice for any piece of furniture takes a general precaution towards unusual environments. We recommend avoiding exposure to heat or humidity and direct sunlight to prevent fading and cracking. Surfaces should be covered when possible to prevent obvious damage. Please be aware that heavily dyed fabric can transfer to your furniture and causing discolouration.

All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home. We try our best to accurately show the finish color and texture as best we can. Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day. All orders are shipped with tracking information.

We ship to Canada, U.S.A and we do ship internationally, however, due to the size of some products, there may be shipping restrictions on these items. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try our best to ship the item to your desired location!
