Please keep your receipt with you as your proof of purchase even after the 30 day returns period is over.
Please note that FLATO HOME will not reimburse you for the shipping fees of any items returned. Be vary that any item that has been modified from its original state is not eligible for exchange or return. FLATO HOME also does not accept returns on gift coupons and gift certificates.
